Donald Bisson, FMS
Donald Bisson, FMS, is first and foremost a spiritual director. A Marist Brother based in New York, Don is engaged in the training, formation, and supervision of spiritual directors. In addition to his doctoral work in spiritual direction and Jungian psychology, he holds graduate degrees in spirituality and liturgy.

Tim Rodier
Tim Rodier is a psychotherapist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker in private practice in Kingston, NY working with adults, adolescents, children and couples. For nearly two decades, his study in Depth Psychology, supported by Bro. Don Bisson, encouraged his psycho-spiritual development towards his training as a Spiritual Director. His passion for bridging the language of psychology and spirituality allows people of diverse religions, denominations, and spiritual beliefs to feel supported and understood in their journey to deepen their relationship with the Divine. Additionally, Tim is a certified Relational Life Therapist and Somatic Experience Practitioner in training. His bio-psycho-spiritual lens supports clients in their work toward healing their emotions, behaviors and relationships. Over the past ten years, Tim has led groups using the method of contemplative dialogue to help participants deepen spiritual listening in support of contemplative consciousness. Tim lives in the Hudson Valley with his beautiful wife and two charming children. Together, they enjoy outdoor activities, beautifying their property and gardens, and listening and dancing to live music.

Thomas Steffensen
Thomas Steffensen is a life-professed brother in the Society of St Francis, an Episcopalian Franciscan community where he has been in leadership for the past 4 years and has been one of the lead formators for the past 3 years. Currently, Thomas lives in New York where he has been training as a Jungian analyst. He also is a trained spiritual director and has had an active practice for 5 years. Thomas holds a BA in Religious and Biblical Studies and an MA in English Literature and Creative Writing. He is a writer and an artist and often uses these areas while working with clients and directees. Thomas also spends time working with groups in discernment and development, leading retreats, speaking, teaching and preaching, all with coffee in hand.

Liz Walz
Liz Walz holds an MA in Depth Psychology and is a Doctoral Candidate in Depth Psychology with Specialization in Jungian and Archetypal Studies. Her dissertation focuses on deepening awareness of soul through nighttime dreams of staff in a therapeutic community. Liz currently lives on a working farm for adults with mental health issues, situated on a mountainside in Vermont with a spring-fed lake. For nine years previously, she served as Executive Director of a spiritual retreat center in Massachusetts. Liz continues to offer individual spiritual direction and facilitate group retreats. She is passionate about dreams, our bodily felt senses, the experience of the holy, and imagination. She holds certifications in Kripalu-Iyengar yoga, Kripalu Massage Therapy, Ayurveda for Self-Care, Non-Violence Training, BioSpiritual Focusing, and Dream Tending. Liz is inspired by community; rivers, lakes, forest trails, and the ocean; farm and woodland animals; and birds. In her spare time, she can be found puttering in the clay studio or wood shop, or engaging in alchemical transformations in a variety of kitchens.
